WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

For processing (order preparation), please allow 1-2 business days.

For your shipping time, please allow 3-5 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is processed and has been shipped.

You are able to cancel or make changes to your order prior to the receipt of your tracking number.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Products received by all customers are ineligible for a return or refund.

I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?

Once orders are placed with shipping carrier and in transit, Muted Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact carrier to file a claim for missing shipment.
